Buttermilk waffles

As u know, just got my sandwich maker few weeks ago ...
Teehehehee... :P


SO, i decided to try buttermilk waffles which i found the recipe on marthastewart.com
I found out that there's a lot of baking recipes in that websites
If u want healthier recipes, u might wanted to try cookbook101.com or u can be like me modify the ingredients

These are the ingredients tht i modified :), i used organic unbleached wheat flour instead of normal flour,i used canola oil ,organic egg instead of non-organic one,and liquid fructose instead of sugar and sea-salt too ...

Tada ~~~~the outcome !! the appearance is quite nice..but not crispy and taste like pancakes ...I dont mind. Like the Adidas famous quote : NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE . I would wanna try it again !! :)

I like my simple life.....slow and relasx.instead of loitering around KL, why dont friends? we come and learn baking and cooking ! It must be a very interesting experience ...hehe :P

After a year, got a text from my neighbour aka my primary skol classmate, Xin Shi called me up for drink ...

Act, to be honest, its been a year i didnt meet up with the fren who live around me..I guess its time to open my heart and reveal my little not-so-proud secret lar..hahaha.

next would be Yar Bien !!! haha..i ll try to find a time to contact you...byk activiti lately lar..hehehe ..Sorry !! :P

Xin Shi was quite shocked when she heard about it cos she live so near to my house that she dont even know. hehe...hmm..this shows that i m very good in keeping this secret huh ??!! Okay, no worries now, I m fine and super fine !!!! Even my docs and nurses felt unbelievable that i gained alot of weight ...Aww..need to lose weight now !!! T_T

And so , we went to Centro for drinks cos we dont wanna go to a place tht are too near to my house and i hate mamak btw !!!

We decided to have New Zealand Natural instead of Starbucks ( too sweet and the taste too thick for me n pricey too ..hehe)

Hmm..we shared a large one with 3 flavours : surprise strawberry, cafe espresso and mint choc kisses. Eventually i dont feel like choosing mint choc kisses cos i dont feel like eat choc n i had been eating tht for so many times !! But most of the ice cream were quite sweet !! I like STRAWBERRY flavour,hehe...not too sweet and a mild taste of strawberry :) cafe espresso oso not bad but when i eat too much, my throat felt abit uncomfortable lar.. :)

Nz natural made her so irresistible...hahaha

I like the sky juice when lemons are added... :)

Last sat, i met up with Shinyee for DAISO ...teehehehe

Got my fleth cloth and guess what i found in the 5 ringgit thing in Daiso.

Lol...an electric eraser....hahaha..fyi, it was specially design for lazy ppl but not me lar...I bought it becos of my curiousity....Ekekeke..:P

On the other hand, me n shinyee managed to try pancake cuisine in

hmm...i think the cage is prettier than Kim Gary one lor...hahah..well, i quite fond of the restaurant. The songs they played were very comfortable and their food were nice too..I would rate 4 stars out of 5 stars. The price was abit pricey though...

I truly in love with their pancakes now !! Om nom nom nom nom !I had tried to make pancakes but still failed though and i have no idea about it...Their pancakes are not too sweet and they are fragrant too...yee said they might be using vanilla essense..hmm..would prefer if they keep the natural taste of pancakes lar :)

yee's food : shrimp, chic and crepes :)

mine : baked dory fish, wrapped lettuce with crepes and mashed potatos :)..quite a healthy option btw ;)but the mashed potatos are quite milky or creamy i should say and i m not really used to the taste

dessert : mini pancakes with choc fondue !!!

P/s: i would definitely come back and eat again !! Teehehehee..stop drooling and try it now..i can be your company if u want too hehe

I was really excited these few weeks...

Becos whenever i watch korean dramas on KBS channel, most of the actresses have their boys' haircut

Isnt that great ??!!!

FYI, my hair is growing bushier and bushier day by day and even longer btw ....teehehehe..

Oh yun soo ( i dont really know her, but accidentally saw her in short hair in KBS channel) got her short hair tooooo !!! eventhough i watched abit abit, the drama oso quite interesting :)

Awww..even my fav actress, Kim Tae Hee attempted to cut off her long hair for IRIS drama upcoming episodes !!! She had her long hair for so long..never mind, its a fresh new look for her :)

P/s: hmmm..its time to get some new looks :P on the other hand, I wanna watch all the dramas above including SMILE !!!!! GIve me more time plssss !!

i have a hard decision to make which might ruin my future ....i had my radiology appt and my doc told me that they have to "kill off" the gland near my arm. the effect is i have 50% of the risk that both of my hands would swell twice bigger than my current one. The prob is if this happen,i have to live with it forever . T_T..i dont wanna live with two big elephant hands !! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! NEVER !!!

This is my last stage of treatment and God is still playing with me . No, i cant handle this. i m so young...YOU cant do this to me !!! everytime i went to hospital sure got surprises waiting for me. I meant bad surprise. Tell me what to do , PLEASE !!

P/s: docs are still discussing whether to kill of not kill the gland.*finger crossed*for my future, please help me !

God ! i hate tht place ..so complicated and old and dirty... =.=and i dont even how radiotherapy work..

Well, very happy that i had plan for my holiday life till July 2010

Goin back to coll by July since degree oso start by July... hehe..i know i m lazy but i need to be mentally prepare lar :
