Buttermilk waffles

As u know, just got my sandwich maker few weeks ago ...
Teehehehee... :P


SO, i decided to try buttermilk waffles which i found the recipe on marthastewart.com
I found out that there's a lot of baking recipes in that websites
If u want healthier recipes, u might wanted to try cookbook101.com or u can be like me modify the ingredients

These are the ingredients tht i modified :), i used organic unbleached wheat flour instead of normal flour,i used canola oil ,organic egg instead of non-organic one,and liquid fructose instead of sugar and sea-salt too ...

Tada ~~~~the outcome !! the appearance is quite nice..but not crispy and taste like pancakes ...I dont mind. Like the Adidas famous quote : NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE . I would wanna try it again !! :)

I like my simple life.....slow and relasx.instead of loitering around KL, why dont friends? we come and learn baking and cooking ! It must be a very interesting experience ...hehe :P

on the other hand, i think i had save enough $$ for Bangkok..

while i m flying on the 10th and shinyee flying off to Korea by 11th, i guess

Its okay ! I can still go when i m afford to , right ?!

oh oh oh ..btw, just got my sandwich maker for FREEEeeee ..my sandwich maker very convenient la, can grill, toast and even make waffles..I m goin to make waffles next week..feel free to be my guest and try my waffles yea :P

anyway, All the best to my youngest sis in her SPM !!Most importantly , sleep well and healthy come first. Dont think u ll be listen to me if i advice you face to face becos u r very Stubborn :s bluek !! :P

back to General hospital KL where i first admitted last year for biopsy surgery!

God ! i hate tht place ..so complicated and old and dirty... =.=and i dont even how radiotherapy work..

NO IDEA AT ALL !! T_T

Well, very happy that i had plan for my holiday life till July 2010

Goin back to coll by July since degree oso start by July... hehe..i know i m lazy but i need to be mentally prepare lar :

Nov- this month would be a lil busy though.

-Kumon job every Mon & Thurs

Dec -Mayb still doin radiotherapy

- Bangkok shopping trip (hopefully i dont hav to cancel the trip )

Jan till Mac - working and working and working :P

Just bought a new camera ..

Din take many photos though cos not goin anywhere till DEC !! woohoo...

but i did attempt to take some pictures from my mom's "lil garden"...hehe

I love takin photos by using digital macro now..the outcome look like DSLR...lol

okay..need to practice more on photography jor....i need a teacher !!! :S

On the other hand, i found something very sweet on my notice board
